Customers in the European Union
For customers in the European Union, statutory consumer rights apply.
For non-personalized products, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details about the right of withdrawal, the applicable conditions and the withdrawal procedure can be found in our [Widerrufsbelehrung].
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized to the customer's personal needs, where the legal requirements for the exclusion of the right of withdrawal are met.
The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights in the event of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products.
Returns following withdrawal

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products
If your product arrives damaged, is defective or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at:
Please include your order number and, where appropriate, clear photographs showing the problem. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
Customers in the United States
For customers in the United States, we generally do not accept returns or refunds solely because a customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the product.
If a product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at joergluedicke@gmx.de with your order number and, where appropriate, photographic evidence of the issue.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Personalized products
Products made according to your individual specifications or clearly personalized to your personal needs may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
This may include products personalized with an individual name, text, image or other customer-specific design.
Sale and discounted items
Discounted and sale items remain subject to any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to the purchase.
